The main melody at 0:19-0:23 is a variation I’ve noticed in several remixes, but wasn’t in any of the original songs. Anyone have any idea what the source is?

That’s because Dreams of an Absolution samples Green Hill, and this is really just a Green Hill remix. ;-p

well sunset hill music was recycled from green hill zone from the first game but it just never sounded the same until you compare the 2 together
