Better to upgrade to 8GB RAM at least.
A few years ago I've been playing GTA V on 4gb ram laptop with occasional framedrops.I upgraded to 8GB ram and it was super smooth after that.
Even 6GB RAM it helps alot I think, 4gb is too little, upgrade the RAM if possible.
