I'm a stay at home mom I have four kids ages 5, 4, 1, and two months. working out is not a possibility! but I have found ways to get my cardio in while doing my mommy duties :) I will do lunges down the hall while putting away laundry or squats while cleaning the toilet ect. I have found this helps alot!! I love watching your videos! I love how real you are 😁
Woww You must be a busy lady! That is awesome, I love big families! That is such a good idea! I read your comment earlier and now I am doing squats whenever I am in front of my bathroom mirror! Thanks so much for the tips!
It really is! I am so glad I'm not alone! I do hope to start being a little active, maybe now that we are headed toward spring I'll want to take walks more! ...I hope!;)
Thank you so much Mimi! I am glad to hear I am not alone! Haha that is sofunny! Maybe it would be nice to try yoga in the evenings when you need to wind down lol!
I'm always start and stop on my workout routines too. Every time i get a chance to relax or wind down without the kids i'd usually rather curl up on the couch or just sleep! I'm trying to get restructured to get to bed earlier so i can wake up before my kids. A bit tricky for me at the moment but working on it.
Glad I'm not the only one! I use to try to excersize with Marcus but he is too heavy for that now! I know the struggle...Marcus just wakes up too early for me and it is hard to get to work as it is! Seems like the answer from a lot of moms is walking or doing lunges/squats while doing housework!
Like 4 months after having Josiah, I knew I needed something to motivate me to start working out so I started a 2 week diet, and because I was starting to feel healthy, then I wanted to workout more so I started doing workout challenges (like bikini body mommy). Definitely helps to have an accountability partner! I'm still not at a point where I feel like "addicted" to my exercise routine (Still forcing myself every day) but hopefully I'll get there soon! The only advice I can give is that you have to literally force yourself at first, and keep it quick at first and slowly increase. Better 15 min of high interval training than nothing at all I guess. Don't be hard on yourself though, its good to take the time to enjoy time with your baby :) Those memories will last forever, hot bodies can always come later ;) I appreciate your openness! It's a nice change!
I think that's a great idea, I might try to get myself started with a 10 min workout, if it is only ten minutes it would hard to come up with an excuse not to! haha! Good job on being disciplined with it! Thanks for all the great tips and encouragement! Love yoU!:)
I'm a working mom too and I had a very hard time finding time, motivation and energy to workout without feeling guilty of leaving my little peanut at home. I tried everything: waking up at 5 am and go to the gym, hired a personal trainer, videos at home...you name it. But what really worked for me was to find a workout routine that involved my little guy and had something rewarding for me. So, one day I sat down and analyzed my daily routine. I was amazed to find out I could squeeze some time after I picked up my son from daycare to take a 30-minute walk. Then, I put some ankle weights to help with muscle toning , picked a good audio book or my favorite podcast and I was ready to roll. It's been a month since I started my new workout routine and I'm happy to see that slowly my energy level is increasing, my baby fat is finally and slowly going away. Even my husband joined us on our routine. In my case, the key was to find something that involved my little guy and also something rewarding for me. I hope this helps...
Those are all such great tips! I agree the motivation and energy is very hard for me too! I love the idea of incorporating baby into the work out...I know Marcus would get such a kick out of it now! I will have to give it a try and see how it goes! Thanks so much for watching and especially for your encouraging words!:)
Loved watching your morning routine! I really enjoy your vlog style/routine videos and hope to one day be able to do the same! I have an almost 9 month old little boy and find the same issue regarding work outs. I used to make working out my #1 priority before baby and never in a million years did I imagine not working out every day. However, priorities change and it's hard when you see fit moms squeezing in workouts during naps/waking up extra early to get it in. It's tough and someone close to me said you can't be the perfect mom, perfect employee, perfect wife, perfect shape....you have to give on some priorities. Taking the pup for walks and meeting up with other moms for walks, play dates, workouts would be some great tips. Wish we lived close so we could meet for playground workouts! :)
Aww thanks you are so sweet! I wish we lived close too! Yes I agree you can't try to do it all! Thank you so much for the tips! I am hoping that with the weather getting warmer I will want to get out more and be more active! Thank u so much for watching! Hope you are having a lovely day!
Your morning sounds just like mine, I forget everything that I need and take care of Lucas and everyone else in the family. Then I get hungry and can't believe I have eaten yet! Haha
Hahaha It must be a new mom thing! I never would have forgotten to eat before...I am such a foodie! Nice to hear from other mommas, thanks so much for watching:)
+Elizabeth Garcia I read the king James, right now I am trying to read all the way through the Bible, I'm in Ezekiel right now. That's great! It seriously is the best time to read it! Thanks so much for watching friend!
I love the honesty in your video. How about start with taking 10,000 steps a day using a pedometer to track your steps. It works well with me especially post-partum. When you feel motivated try the 7 Minute workout or do 5 squats a day, increasing twofold each week. Start small. Hope this helped.
Thank You!! I try really hard not to pretend to be something I'm not! I think that is a great idea, all you mommas are giving such wonderful tips...I have started walking a little more and I think it would help to track it! Thank you so much, I appreciate the tips!:)
I'm 23 with 2 children my daughter is 3 and my son is 7 months and i struggle a lot with the working out as well sometimes i feel as if I'm not motivated enough or I simply don't have time I'm like you say"flabby" in my tummy if you do end up finding a way to do it please let me know i love your videos :)
+Erika Deleon sounds like your a busy lady! Yes! I have been trying to find some ways that would work for my lifestyle, I will share them soon! Thanks for watching:)
Thank you! I got it from Babies R Us actually! The brand is Levtex...I love all their prints! I had to convince my husband to let me get it cuz he wanted something more boyish, but I just love it!
I have a stationary bike and on a lazy day I just don't exert much effort in it..but at least I do something 😅 I also love doing workouts from UA-cam. I have an ankle problem so I can't do high impact ones. My favorite is @pahlabowers . Her workouts aren't intimidating, but you'll be sweating and feel good after!
I am sure a bike does a lot of good! Thanks for the tips! I think youtube work outs are fantastic! I just need to get motivated now lol! I will have to check out her work out channel!
It's really difficult juggling motherhood, work and exercise. l lost a lot of my baby weight and toned by walking, it's a great all rounder, plus pup will benefit too 😊.
Thanks for the tips! I know, it is a struggle! Walking seems to be the answer from other moms too! Thanks so much for taking the time to watch and comment! I really appreciate it:)
i have a 10 month old son and i definetely struggle with workouts. I searched for workout apps and found one called 8fit. its been a lifesaver! they are HIIT workouts so you burn calories in a short amount of time. i either try to wake up before my son does or workout when he's napping. if i don't workout as soon as he's down for a nap then i struggle to find the motivation so i make myself get my workout clothes on. i do my workout whie watching a show or listening to music. I've lost 44 pounds since my son was born just from eating better and working out 3 or 4 days a week
Woww that is so awesome! Sounds like that app is really helping you! I will have to take a look at it! Good job momma! I like the idea of watching something while working out! Thanks so much for the tips!:)
I've learnt when you diet then go back to normal eating if you restrict things you'll gain the weight back just try healthy eating it's all about balance
You are right! However this is a cleansing diet and not for weight loss...candida is an imbalance of healthy bacteria to bad bacteria in your gut...the way to kill the candida is by starving it...no sugar, or anything that turns into sugar in your body (no processed foods, no grains or carbs, and no dairy)! Just organic meats, veggies and quinoa and a few other things!
Maybe! I guess this video is kinda vlog like isn't it? I have done a few travel blogs but not much everyday type vlogs, is that something you would like to see more of?
Aww little markie ☺️😊! He has grown up so much 😭! Mama of a boy too 🙌🏼👦🏻

Your not the only one!! I also work, and don't have motivation or time to even work out! Mom life and also being a wife is a lot!
It really is! I am so glad I'm not alone! I do hope to start being a little active, maybe now that we are headed toward spring I'll want to take walks more! ...I hope!;)
Right! Walks are better than nothing! Your not alone! ☺️
I like your honesty. I'm a mom of 2, I don't have a work-out routine either. I tried yoga but it made me more sleepy lol.
Thank you so much Mimi! I am glad to hear I am not alone! Haha that is sofunny! Maybe it would be nice to try yoga in the evenings when you need to wind down lol!
