I just realized I've been watching Panga's videos for months and I haven't even checked out his Twitch yet, I need to get that worked out at some point.
That's okay I have been watching his youtube videos for almost 1 year and still haven't check out his twitch stream which is not a problem if you don't have much time and his editing here is pretty good.

I thought that mini room challenge level was really good, actually. It had checkpoints so you didn't have redo every room each time you died, it was fair and gave you a mushroom before any enemy/hazard spam-ish room so you could always take at least 1 hit, each room had different challenges and it wasn't exactly the same thing each time, etc. Some of the rooms might have been a bit too long so they became a bit tedious if you worked out a straight forward strat like Panga did, but that's always going to be a problem with that type of level. So, for what it was, that one would have earned a heart from me.

Trolls are glorified pick a paths, I find the most elevated troll levels to still be a: "haha I gave you a 50-50 choice and you chose wrong." If someone can handle laughing at their own mistakes, they usually can get through a troll level without getting to upset, but I find most people playing or getting troll levels tend to not feel that way; so I don't make troll levels (aside from the usual Kaizo traps).
@@starpetalarts6668 Good troll levels don't have 50-50s. The oldest rule in the book for troll levels is the 50-50-100, where the player is given a 50-50 but both answers are wrong, and the solution is something that isn't obvious.

Somehow, some way, there has *got* to be a way to remove those pixel perfect jumps between two spikes from endless rotation. I flashed back hardcore to GPB's ruined endless run and it's sickening.
2:40 I wonder how many people went out and uploaded levels like this after GPB lost his 1000 level expert run. That jump is pixel perfect and almost guaranteed to end no skip runs.
Not to be pedantic, but it's sub pixel perfect. Poo would have definitely made that jump if it were merely a matter of a whole pixel.
The thing with trump jumps in MM2 is that it's all luck. At least if you're at Panga or GPB's skill level. They have a massive luck component that can't be bridged with any amount of skill. There's a reason Team Precision completely banned trump jumps. As Z7 said, "I think they're absolute trash, no exceptions, the worst type of jump in the game, because Nintendo ruined spike hitboxes."

I don't like how ubiquitous indicators have become in smm kaizo. kind of removes the puzzle part from the kaizo equation (although it's a big boon for endless runs, of course)
Kazoo is supposed to be about doing the jumps, not spending hours trying t figure.out what you are.supposed to do.
