  • This is a great song for us, I think. Ginger's voice really is amazing here. Very racy and fun song. All we need to do is play in 100 more times!

21st day of Ginger and Rich playing ukulele together, singing and cutting up. I find it pretty amazing that after all these years Ginger has decided to take up ukulele and play along with me. But the really amazing thing is we seem to be able to make entertaining and nice music after only a few weeks of her starting to play.
Ginger is playing Caramel zebrawood glossy concert ukulele. amzn.to/3XuEdVx Amazon affiliate link, commission paid at no extra cost to you.
I'm playing Caramel spalted maple tenor. Older model.

I'd rather tour the world on UA-cam! Thanks for the suggestion, though. Rich

    Good sounding classic old song.
Rather difficult with all the quick
chord changes to difficult 3 finger chords of G and D plus E7
    and D7.
    UA-cam has many other people
who have posted playing this song.

Competition is tough but Ginger takes the prize for new singer of the year on Bellevue Drive! I feel I'm holding her back. Ginger wanted everyone to know she is playing new chords on this song. I'd rather have Ginger playing and singing with me than any famous or expensive ukulele.

Ginger is making swift progress with very little practice. I think part of that is the size of her fingers. She doesn't have to work hard to form the chords. I think we played A7 and D7. Not G or E7, for sure. Also, C, F, G7.
