請問老師:加了麥粉之後,發酵到九分滿去烤時,好像不會再長高了吔?我連做了两次都是這種情況,是否因為麥粉會限制它的澎發?一般做白吐司都在八分滿去烘烤就會滿模才對!囗感也較不Q軟是嗎?
