He really is the world's worst entertainer. He advertised this stream as a "rage-a-thon", but when he actually started getting angry (23:00) he just clammed up. Also, using that Pause trick is lame as hell. He truly didn't beat the game.

When I played the PS2 Megaman Collection I Never knew there was a Glitch. The Tips added don't mention it but suggest to dodge the Yellow Devil's Pattern
I was hoping he wouldn't exploit it this time. At least the lightning attack here costed him a life as it overflowed the sprite limit and preventing him from seeing the enemy's attack in time.

Wait only on the easiest difficulty? Wow if DSP also used a Easy mode and still didn't beat 11, than Phil would obviously never get good at any game. It's been a long time since I played Rockman 11, but I know that I beat that game on the normal difficulty, under 1 hour.
