Happy to help! I do the same thing sometimes but recommend trying things out in the first 30 days if you can. That way you can use the 30 day money back guarantee if you end up not liking something. Excellent video. I wanted to make Tuna salad for the first time. 😮 I know pathetic, since I am really old. I did not have a can opener. I know, also pathetic. I borrowed a similar can opener (as yours) from my neighbor. She had explained it to me on the phone and then I picked it up hours later. Directions? How hard can a can opener be to operate? I mean, I have opened cans in my life. When I bought the tuna, I thought the cans were pull tops. 😢 Nope. So the moment of truth with this pink can opener…I got it attached, I spun it around, I could smell the tuna, I had a little tuna juice droplets here and there. Progress, but the can is not open. The opener is not cutting. I start contemplating other tools I could use. I have now broken into a sweat 😅 of frustration. I contemplated calling her, but I just couldn’t. What to do? UA-cam! And there you were! with a very similar tool. I watched. 🎉 Thank you! I went back to the can of tuna and the opener from outer space. Released the can opener off of the can, used the little claw gripper and pulled the top right off. I had already opened it without realizing that it cut on the side and not the top. Too funny! 😂 Thanks again. ❤ The tuna salad is now chilling! 😊

It’s not very helpful :(. I have the original Pamper Chef, and I have REALLY tried to use the opener and it is nothing but frustration! Please show how the opener is positioned on top of the can, i.e. how the ‘turn’ mechanism is ‘attached’ to cause the twisting to open the can. I will be forever grateful if you can update this. Thank you!

We are changing our dogs food to canned salmon and though I don’t want it open that bad because of the smell, but the dog would not stop barking at me for 20 min waiting for his food.
I couldn’t figure out the can opener to save myself. My engineer fiancé normally does stuff like this without thinking twice, but I was alone today and my dog thanks you 😂
