Isnt the Caste System a form of slavery. ?

Kundalini Yoga, Tantra Yoga, Vajrayana Buddhism, pranayama, Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga. Bhakti Yoga,.. all these are method - thats the category you could put them under.
The view however is not yet the method, and the method is not yet the view - for most that is.
When the view becomes the method, and the method becomes the view, the view at that point is attained and there is no longer a view of the method as method, its ALL simply the view.
Kundalini Yoga, Tantra, Raja Yoga etc are no less useful than the method of Jana Yoga (knowledge).
It is true however that one should not exaggerate nor become attached to the "experiences" that can arise from these practices, nor their meaning, but experiences, whether "fake" or "real" are still experiences, and experiencing is the basis of both knowledge and awareness.
