I am following the exact same steps but getting sync failed message. I have 2 sensors - and both failed. Yet the sensors are good - they connect to my iPhone and also an older Polar watch - F7. Any ideas?

excellent video! HoweverIi seem to have a problem with mine it says 'no sensors found'. Have been in contact with Polar so doing the long way by taking battery out for 25 minutes and repeating, if not I guess connections in my battery sensor are not making contact maybe?! Thanks for video.
