@@antoniocusman1970 Yeah that's why i am considering this one. This resolution is also nice for decent FPS (am now using a 4K screen, so i will lose some sharpness, but it's always a trade between FPS and resolution).

I really really want to buy this monitor, i'm upgrading from asus VG249Q 1080P. The only thing that really worries me is the screen burn-in. that scares me a bit
Screen burn-in is not as common as people lead on. Burn-in safety features in newer t.v's and monitors help to eliminate it. I wouldn't worry about it unless your leaving your screens on 24/7 without turning them off. Hope this helps
Hi fire wolf , i bought this screen aswell few weeks ago and i wonder somthing why HDR not looking so great like it should look , spesioly when i enable HDR on movies that have support to HDR there is tiny difrence on the colors, but nothing spesiol that feels great, i wonder if you tried to run HDR movies and have the same problem as me, aswell what profile you run HDR on , since seems HDR looks difrente on each profile that you chose
I’d recommend using windows HDR calibration and then I personally like to increase the contrast on NVIDIA control panel to 70% I’ll cover more HDR on future videos
Im currently aiming at the Asus PG34WCDM but in where i live its costs about 1659$ , but then i came across this LG monitor which basically has the same specs as asus and costs about 1173$ where i live , What would you recommend? Do you think i should pay more for Asus Or just stick with LG ?
Hi i thinking to get a new monitor but i can't decide between the asus PG34WCDM or the lg 34GS95QE-W, i play game but now not to much for my college so basically i pass more time doing productivity than playing also i love watch movie in the best resolution as possible and also i have a macbook pro but i never used both pc at the same time so which one u recommend it to me?
Since you mentioned movies at highest resolution and MacBook Pro, I would suggest the PG32UCDP or PG32UCDM. These are 4K OLED and even though it’s not ultrawide, you get a way higher resolution and the extra vertical space makes up the small loss in width. Plus these 2 have USB-C to easily connect your MacBook. There’s also the AORUS FO32U2P which I’m currently testing out. I think you’re better off with these since you’ll be doing more productivity and the higher PPI will help out a lot while still having great gaming performances
For me, I look into the features of both to see what I really need and want. Since both use the same LG WOLED Panel, I personally would choose PG34WCDM because of USB-C, KVM Switch, Better gaming settings, and I believe the heatsink is larger. If you don’t need most of those, then go with the cheaper one :)
Definitely this one; even though you’re getting a matte coating, you’re also getting the latest OLED Technology from LG which is brighter, better subpixel layout for clearer text, and has a higher refresh rate of 240Hz. It might be a hard switch because of the matte coating, so I would probably wait a newer ultra wide QD Oled monitor
@@FIREWOLFTECHi hVe the 27 inch one i just got and im torn between sticking with it or getting the dwf. The coating is super strong on the 27inch one. Like anything light like skys looks crazy grainy. But its 240hz.
@FireWolfTech how long do you think until the next qd oled? I really want to move to 34 ultra wide, but don't want to get this then shortly after it's worth much less because the next one is out.
I’m assuming you’re referring to the 4K OLED AW3225QF. It’s a beautiful QD-OLED and as long as you have control over lighting, you get better clarity without the matte coating. Colors also looked better 4K is also sharper than WQHD resolution. In my opinion, if you have a strong GPU, I would go for 4K OLED, the difference in size isn’t that much, and you do get the added benefit of higher vertical space with 4K.
Honestly, I wouldn't get this for console because of the ultrawide screen. I know PS5 does not support 3440x1440p (21:9 ultrawide), guessing Xbox won't either.
It should be the same with the PS5, you can either play in a wide stretched image (21:9) or switch the aspect ratio to the native 16:9 with black bars on the side. If you’re using it just for series X, then I recommend getting 4K 32 OLED
can someone help me I'm having an issue where my LG 34GS95QE-B monitor is capped at 144hz I tried every tutorial there is and still nothing!!! this is my final solution.
It’s on sale now for like 700 I did the same thing returning the one I ordered yesterday And ordered it again with the price cut!! Go check it out bro.
I have this monitor and play on consoles and the image isn’t really all that like I would expect with a oled . Anyone else feel this way or do I got something wrong?
The issue when playing with consoles is that if its full screen, you're playing in a stretched image which might not look that great. You would need to play in 16:9 with black bars. If image still doesn't look as good as you'd hope, you might want to switch to a 4K OLED like the LG 32GS95UE, or a glossier panel like the ROG PG32UCDM
I bought the Alienware because it was cheaper, has a glossy finish, shallower curve and better warranty (3 years vs 2 years with the LG). I love it. Both are great monitors though, so I’d buy whichever was cheaper.
same monitor,is it normal when i play game fullscreen and set the game resolution as 3440*1440 like shadow of the tomb raider, but there is awalys black border beside the game.i also tried some game resolutin named 21:9,same thing happened.but when i play a 21:9 movie, everthing just came back to nomal, there is no border when i play 21:9 movies.i see that 21:9 is 3360*1440,the monitor is 3440*1440,but still the game resolution is 3440*1440,the movie is 21:9 ,how cames the opposite?
I’ve never played that game, but if it has black borders, then most likely the game doesn’t fully support the 21:9 UltraWide. Best way to find out is trying Warzone or Fortnite (free to play), these are games that I know support the 21:9. If you see no black borders, then the above is probably true.

Have an old system with i7 7700k cpu and an AIO 1080 gpu. Wondering if this system can handle this monitor
Should i buy this or the ASUS ROG Swift OLED 34-Inch, please advice, im not good in understanding quality diffrance
It depends on your current setup. Whats your PC specs ?
Just a simple question, is this 21:9??
I really really want to buy this monitor, i'm upgrading from asus VG249Q 1080P. The only thing that really worries me is the screen burn-in. that scares me a bit
Screen burn-in is not as common as people lead on. Burn-in safety features in newer t.v's and monitors help to eliminate it. I wouldn't worry about it unless your leaving your screens on 24/7 without turning them off. Hope this helps
Buy an OLED monitor with a good warranty that includes burn-in, such as an Alienware 3423DWF that comes with a 3-year warranty .
Would you use Display Port or HDMI for best resolution / hz.
DisplayPort
Will a universal remote work with the monitor
Which monitor is better between
LG 34GS95QE and alienware AW3423DWF? Consider that I have a normal use, I edit videos, play games, watch movies etc.
I heard alienware has problems with fan noise
Of the monitor…
Hi fire wolf , i bought this screen aswell few weeks ago and i wonder somthing why HDR not looking so great like it should look , spesioly when i enable HDR on movies that have support to HDR there is tiny difrence on the colors, but nothing spesiol that feels great, i wonder if you tried to run HDR movies and have the same problem as me, aswell what profile you run HDR on , since seems HDR looks difrente on each profile that you chose
I’d recommend using windows HDR calibration and then I personally like to increase the contrast on NVIDIA control panel to 70%
I’ll cover more HDR on future videos
So 800R or 1500R curved for pc gaming?
It doesn't have SPDIF port?
Im currently aiming at the Asus PG34WCDM but in where i live its costs about 1659$ , but then i came across this LG monitor which basically has the same specs as asus and costs about 1173$ where i live , What would you recommend? Do you think i should pay more for Asus Or just stick with LG ?
U should buy the lg because that monitor doesn't have issues with ghosting cuz asus tuff monitor have noticeable ghosting in their screen.
I just got this monitor and after a couple of days, I got a white thin vertical line on the left side of the Monitor. Anyone knows what happened???
Was resolution does ot get with the ps5?
Badass rayquaza wallpaper how do i get it?
It really is badass 🔥 you can get it at wallpaper engine via steam. Search up rayquaz
Bought one for 706 at Best Buy they priced matched
Is there a difference between this one and the one with the "-B"
The -b only means that it is black. They are the same exact model, it's just LG always adds either -B or -W
Where did u find that desktop wallpaper?
Wallpaper Engine (via Steam) 🔥
THIS OR PG34WCDM I CANT DECIDE!? I found a open box PG34WCDM for 1k but this brand new is 899. What do you think?
For me, I look into the features of both to see what I really need and want. Since both use the same LG WOLED Panel, I personally would choose PG34WCDM because of USB-C, KVM Switch, Better gaming settings, and I believe the heatsink is larger.
If you don’t need most of those, then go with the cheaper one :)
love the video. but the monotone drove me a bit mad. its obvious youre reading off a script and didnt feel authentic.
Thanks for the feedback ! I'll keep that in mind and try to improve this for future videos
Is it 4k?
I wanttttt the wallpaper😬
How does it compare to the aw3423dwf? which would you choose?
Brother that monitor arm price is insane wtf 😅
I just ordered this moniter for $699. $600 msrp is a total steal
Where?
@Ahkomaton I just ordered mine off Amazon for 799 and I saw bestbuy also has it for same price
@@Ahkomatonit’s 699.99 right now on best buy, literally thinking of buying it
Where ... please
@@GodhasChooseMeAmazon is where I got mine for 799
Want this but scared of burn in
Hello 4k 32 and 34 3440x1440 too much difference about res and sharpness ?
There's a noticeable difference in resolution and sharpness between 4k (137ppi) vs 3440 (109 PPI).
In gaming, its harder to tell
Should i replace this my 55 lgc2 ?
should i pare this with my 4070 system or 4080 system, i am currently using the 4080 system with the Alienware dwf.
Doesn’t matter the difference between the 4070 and 4080 is so small
How would you compare this with aw32in?
I’m assuming you’re referring to the 4K OLED AW3225QF. It’s a beautiful QD-OLED and as long as you have control over lighting, you get better clarity without the matte coating. Colors also looked better
4K is also sharper than WQHD resolution.
In my opinion, if you have a strong GPU, I would go for 4K OLED, the difference in size isn’t that much, and you do get the added benefit of higher vertical space with 4K.
I wish console supported ultrawides
I'm on the fence for this or the 39" version, let me know on how much bigger the 39 is over 34
Just released the review video of the 39-inch version.
It's 2 inches taller, and 3 inches wider
@@FIREWOLFTECH gonna watch it now
Is this eARC compatible?
No eARC, just a 3.5mm Headphone Jack
How well does the 34" work with a XBOX Series -X ?
What are you using ?
Unfortunately your game is lagging and not .run smooth and u keep saying it’s runs smooth and no tearing
Just got this on sale for 799 on Amazon
It’s on sale now for like 700 I did the same thing returning the one I ordered yesterday And ordered it again with the price cut!! Go check it out bro.
Burn in ?
You left out text clarity and fringing category :-(. That's a must for OLED monitor reviews.
Thanks for the feedback ! I’ll look into adding this in future videos
If image still doesn't look as good as you'd hope, you might want to switch to a 4K OLED like the LG 32GS95UE, or a glossier panel like the ROG PG32UCDM
should i get this or the alienware aw3423dwf?
I have the Alienware waiting at Bestbuy, but now I'm thinking about this
I bought the Alienware because it was cheaper, has a glossy finish, shallower curve and better warranty (3 years vs 2 years with the LG). I love it. Both are great monitors though, so I’d buy whichever was cheaper.
1300 for a monitor still not 4k ?
same monitor,is it normal when i play game fullscreen and set the game resolution as 3440*1440 like shadow of the tomb raider, but there is awalys black border beside the game.i also tried some game resolutin named 21:9,same thing happened.but when i play a 21:9 movie, everthing just came back to nomal, there is no border when i play 21:9 movies.i see that 21:9 is 3360*1440,the monitor is 3440*1440,but still the game resolution is 3440*1440,the movie is 21:9 ,how cames the opposite?
I’ve never played that game, but if it has black borders, then most likely the game doesn’t fully support the 21:9 UltraWide.
Best way to find out is trying Warzone or Fortnite (free to play), these are games that I know support the 21:9.
If you see no black borders, then the above is probably true.
@@FIREWOLFTECH true, mate!turns out that Fortnite works in really fullscreen. i cant imagine why those teams don't fix that.maybe they work just like me,the problem leader never mentioned is not a problem.
