- I recently flew in seat 1A on an A220-100 and I had an experience that would have been better if I had been seated in seat 1D. So this time, I chose seat 1D and as an added bonus, I'm flying on the A220-300. Here's to seeing out the window in my First Class seat!

Really cool! You can even see High Island with the WFAN/WCBS AM radio tower. Both stations share the same tower.

The a220 is a good plane. It has 18.6 wide seats in the main cabin and 2-3 seat configuration. Do you get complimentary upgrades based on your Diamond Medalion status because those main cabin seats are plenty roomy and have decent enough pitch for a 2-3 hour flight?
On the Delta website it says the main cabin seats have a 31-32 pitch on the a220, I wonder how you determine which have more.
it says the 737-900 has a seat width of 16.3-17.13 and a pitch of 30-31. 16.3 and 30 are not that good. Do you have any idea where those seats would be on the 737-900 and how many of the seats are that size?
Seatguru is a good reference and I do get upgrades based on my Medallion status (sometimes).

No, it does not. But a Delta One ticket does.
May I check with you if the window at 1A still has the same issue as A200-100 mentioned in your video? I have LGA-ORD upcoming flight and would like to enjoy the beautiful skyline in NYC but afraid the window situation may occur.... :(
That is a great question. I actually flew on an A220-300 again recently and I sat in seat 1A and I was able to see out the window fine - however, the airplane was brand new so there has been less exposure to the side of the jet bridge. I suspect that over time 1A will be an issue for window cleanliness as the aircraft ages.
@@PeterMasella Thank you for your reply. I decide to choose 3A instead after all as there's no TV install at the back on raw 3. Trust it could help to minimize the disturb may cause. :)

13/15/18 days left for the next LGA update. : ) Also, please do not forget to share a clip of landing for the next update of LGA for aerial view purposes. I think that the new concourse at Terminal C is going to open at the end of next month, or September, which means that the next target is the old concourse at Terminal D, it is going to be something like complexity as the problem for transportation to the G concourse would be hard, either they will fast track the development of the head house or make a rapid bus transportation. If the head house completion did not reach the new Terminal C concourse, the head should be complete months before the new Terminal D concourse opens.
