It's simple Peak of spl rn > peak of MLS rn (top 4 teams of each) But the bottom 16 teams of MLS > bottom 16 teams of SPL So MLS more competitive as players can't just farm against each other because clubs are evenly matched unlike in Spl where all the good player are in al ahli,al nassr, hilal and ittihad and rest all are aren't even full time footballers and play way bad then MLS bottom 16 teams Source : Opta power rankings They are proffesionals who know how to rank a league so you better not give your opinion as facts (MLS 15th ranked Spl 27th ranked updated in August)
I wanted to address the favoritism you exhibited towards the MLS in your UA-cam video where you compared the Saudi Pro League to the MLS League. While it's understandable to have personal preferences, it is important for journalists to maintain objectivity and provide a fair analysis when discussing different leagues. It appeared that you may have overlooked certain aspects when evaluating the Saudi Pro League in comparison to the MLS. The Saudi Pro League has been steadily growing in recent years, attracting international attention and investments. It has made significant efforts to improve infrastructure, increase competitiveness, and attract talented players from around the world. By disregarding these advancements, your analysis may have painted an incomplete picture of the Saudi Pro League's current state. Furthermore, it is essential to consider the global perception and recognition of each league. The English Premier League remains widely regarded as one of the most prestigious and competitive leagues worldwide, while the MLS has been making progress in establishing itself as a prominent league in North America. However, the Saudi Pro League is also making strides towards increasing its global recognition, and it would be premature to dismiss its potential based on current perceptions. It is crucial for journalists to approach their analysis with fairness, objectivity, and a comprehensive understanding of the leagues they discuss. By providing a well-rounded assessment, viewers can form their own informed opinions and engage in meaningful discussions about the strengths and weaknesses of each league. I encourage you to reconsider your approach in future discussions and strive for a more balanced analysis that takes into account the developments, achievements, and potential the Saudi Pro League
My two local teams are soon to celebrate their 150th year as a club one amateur the other semi professional and they have something money can't buy. They have history they have deep roots and meaningful relationships with the local communities they were mostly set up as charities, entertainment for the working class and social clubs for their local community's I am afraid Ronaldo or even messi won't change these things only time and them growing organically. I mean the biggest stars in football can't hurt but they will retire at some point then what.

The MLS league structure is better put together. The spl is doing what mls did 40 years ago when they started bringing stars from Europe and didn’t really grow the sport
Factos. The only way Saudi football will grow is if they make their own players. Look at J league in Japan. They created their own players that developed which eventually go to Europe. Saudi need to follow this model. US has created young players like pulisic, gio Reyna and also got a good partnership with bundeliga. Just like Japan aswell.
If messi felt love , there was no league in the world stopping him, he chose the bottom team of MLS but what happened now is that he makes others improve and helps the youngsters to shine even with not much money but we saw their passion and competitiveness unlike the SPL where money play football
So true. He even won a trophy solely on his performance and started a revolution in a not so freindly nation with football. That's what a real challenge sounds to me, rather than going to a already football friendly nation with shitloads of money provided to you
Europeans clubs also spend millions to buy players, Messi is avoiding clash with the top players in SPL he is afraid of R7 so he went to play with the noobs
There is no way MLS is a better league than the Saudi League. I would like to see an All Star game between the two, then we all can see who is a better league. Of course I am talking about the quality of players.

Also remember that football/soccer is the 5th sport in the US, it is watched by mostly immigrants and few white people. So yes the majority of Americans don’t even know about MLS.

Yep better league because your favorite plays there. Y’all been saying it was better than the French League since CR7 moved there and Messi was still in PSG. I don’t expect less from Ronaldo fanboys
MLS is more valuable and in higher ranking than SPL, if anyone wants to disagree then go to fifa league ranking and value ranking, just understand that even many players joining SPL can’t match the ranking and value of league with MLS… this is the fact not baseless opinion… finally no one can change your thought except yourself…

mentioning a point for the mls benefit and then you shut up... then mention a point for the spl benefit and you find an excuse...cry more cristiano changed the map of football to punish all of you keep crying
There os no comparison, the MLS is a fully commercial 31 team league with 24k average attendances and growing rapidly. The Saudi Exhibition is not a league, The Saudi State owns 4 Clubs who are State funded that are 'competing' with non state funding. So effectively Cristiano and the other mercenaries being fed into this farce are just Saudi State employees projecting an idea that Saudi Arabia can host the World Cup in 2030. The salaries and fees indicate this and im not sure why anyone would bother watching such nonsense where the Saudi Prince can literally pick and choose which club he owns he wants to win the league or whatever nonsense they dream up.
Is a huge difference between MLS and SPL, players who went to SPL are a great soccer players, but none of them are world champions; While the most famous players who went to MLS Jordi Alva, Busquets and MESSI, all of them are WORLD CHAMPIONS!!!!, Quality is better than quantity.
Even players like Mustafi , Matuidi and Otamendi are World Champions. Doesn't mean the quality of Otamendi is even close to defenders like Thiago Silva and Ayemeric Laporte and Rüdiger who are not World Champions
Players.. move to Saudi league because of plenty of money they offered.... They easily offered 500ml half dollar to individual..that the reason.. player are more attracted towards spl
Of course that MLS is better league, much better. The Saudis are doing the same thing that Chinese were doing decade ago, and what happened to the Chinese league? they failed miserably.
China quickly run out of money where as the Saudi government can keep over spending for much longer. It's like taking steroids though, as soon as the funding stops then what's left? Average gates were 8K in the Saudi top flight last year and have shot up to 10K this year. Without continuous government funding how can this be sustained?
Mls has more attendance due to the wether in Saudi it’s extremely hot in the summer so that’s why half of the season there is few people attending matches but in the winter alot of people go , and now the are workin on stadiums with air conditioning
The 3rd tier of England football has bigger average attendances than the Saudi league. Last season the average in the Saudi top flight was 8,000. This season half the teams in the league are averaging between 1,000 and 2,000. Obviously Saudi is not a football nation.
Ronaldo said what he said because his place in his new league hinges on it. Otherwise, he would have said something different entirely if he was at MLS. Anyways, I would say that both MLS and SPL remain the nothing league. Or retiree league. Not to be held in the same standard as European football. Even Fifa always skews towards European football especially during ceremonies. All footballers are either European who play in Europe, or non European who play in Europe. I would say that MLS and SPL are both better than South American league. MLS/SPL has the money and plan to coordinate. SPL is more motivated by some sort of jealousy from what Alnasser did. If there is an alternate universe in which Ronaldo went like "You know what, I'd rather retire and become a farmer" then you wouldn't have seen any other European want to go there. SPL just wanted to one up one another. Nothing about any transfer is about quality football. And although Saudi is a Football nation, there are many Saudis who prefer to watch quality football (Serie A, EPL, La Liga...etc) than cheer for any of their local teams. Why cheer for local clubs and local players, and see them score and win local league trophies only to embarrass them in World Cup? That is not something many Saudis would want to invest in. The combined number of fans from all the top SPL clubs won't be enough in comparison to single European club. Or even enough to be considered a majority in comparison to all of Saudi population. Of course, SPL clubs signing in quality players to means that the players Saudi fans whom cheered for them in Europe might finally decide to cheer for a club in their own country. Adding more money and sales locally that is lost to an English club or Italian one amongst many.

While in the US football ⚽️ is way dawn in the list of popular sports. Thank you for you reply
The Saudi league was better than the MLS way before Ronaldo’s arrival. I understand that ppl think that it’s a new league given the governments investment and the number of players that are going there now. Having said that, football is the one and only sport in Saudi. The sport that every kid plays on the streets and schools, it’s the equivalent to the American football/ Basket ball in the US. Just watch any game and you will be able to tell the difference if you really understand football.
MLS is a farmer league, and to be frank Americans know no love for football, given most Americans know little about it. Whereas Saudi Pro League is attracting superstars recently with their bottomless pockets. Very likely that if such a match between MLS XI and Saudi Pro XI occurs, Messi alone could not save his team. But in term of giving chances for youngsters, Saudi Pro League is poorly done. Despite constant investments, Saudi talent pool is not big enough to replenish due to their small-minded take. MLS is not a model either but it has done more to send players abroad. And when you have youngsters, you can replenish, which is something the US will edge Saudi Arabia.
@SabbirAhmed-pu9ln and saudi club almost always are in club world cup final like al hilal. You are saying uneducated because of messi. If rank matter why bundesliga is in 3rd. Why seria a behind them. Saudi league bets team are in no. 1 in asia and and top 100 in the world unlike mls.

You are uneducated crazy football fan..Low class football knowledge..Football league power rakning..(MLS 29---S pro league 36)
Yep better league because your favorite plays there. Y’all been saying it was better than the French League since CR7 moved there and Messi was still in PSG. I don’t expect less from Ronaldo fanboys
Proof?
Bro used the wrong Al-Ahli 😂
You're right! 😂
Its not which league is better…. It’s all about a man make the league popular.. thats a influence, if not then why not neymar first or benezema....
حط شعار الأهلي المصري 😂😂😂
America has a population of 400 MIllion while Saudi arabia has a popoulation of 35m its unfair if you compare the fans
nobody like soccer in the US
MLS is more valuable and in higher ranking than SPL, if anyone wants to disagree then go to fifa league ranking and value ranking, just understand that even many players joining SPL can’t match the ranking and value of league with MLS… this is the fact not baseless opinion… finally no one can change your thought except yourself…
Its total BS, Ronaldo said it was better becaise of the intensity and competition of the league.
Also you funny guys saying people go to aravia bcs 9f the money, why do they sign then for Real Madrid, PSG, City, etc?
Gosh.
i bet you the worst team in SPL will defeat the best in MLS.
They really wouldn't you fool, but then again I don't even know where to watch the camel league so I can't tell you 3 teams in that league
man at least search correct for clubs logo LOL
Bro really thinks soccer is better than football
mentioning a point for the mls benefit and then you shut up... then mention a point for the spl benefit and you find an excuse...cry more cristiano changed the map of football to punish all of you keep crying
The Saudi prolegue It's the hottest thing since Jesus I mean come on
There os no comparison, the MLS is a fully commercial 31 team league with 24k average attendances and growing rapidly.
How dare you compare football With soccer? Saudi is better than MLS 💯
MLS doesn't even have relegation system
Is a huge difference between MLS and SPL, players who went to SPL are a great soccer players, but none of them are world champions; While the most famous players who went to MLS Jordi Alva, Busquets and MESSI, all of them are WORLD CHAMPIONS!!!!, Quality is better than quantity.
Even players like Mustafi , Matuidi and Otamendi are World Champions. Doesn't mean the quality of Otamendi is even close to defenders like Thiago Silva and Ayemeric Laporte and Rüdiger who are not World Champions
N'golo Kante is a world champ with france
Players.. move to Saudi league because of plenty of money they offered.... They easily offered 500ml half dollar to individual..that the reason.. player are more attracted towards spl
Spl batter
Funny report 😂😂. I think he was talking about basketball
SPL is waaay waay better than mls. I mean they call football “soccer” for god sake.
Which player is playin football because of stone or gari rubbish Saudi League know is more better than MLS hip hop League
SPL objectively better than mls since before CR7 arrived. MLS is worse than liga MX
Saudi league is way better in competitiveness but mls is marketing and the way they treat messi soon to be god if he got the cup
MLS ranks over Saudi league, google it up
Proof?
Where did you get that from ? You need to get your facts checked !
Haha Alahy logo is belong to the Egyptian Alhali do ur homework properly
Saudi leauge 💥💥💥💥💥
RONALDO INFLUENCE GOAT
What this is only soccer oke not comeper to football
spl better
MLS is not better than SPL
@mohamunichakma1284 Yes, I did.

LOL THE SAUDI PRO LEAGUE IS 100% STRONGER THAN THE MLS. SOON, SAUDI LEAGUE WILL BE IN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE . THE BEST PLAYERS ARE GOING TO THE SAUDI LEAGUE
Where's Messi? :)
SPL is better.
The USA at Its core is not a Footballing (soccer) nation. End of discussion.
Neither is Sadi Arabia or any league outside of Europe and South America
@samplingmastersxlr8660 The Arab region in general including Saudi Arabia are footballing nations meaning that this game is the predominant pass time and football matches locally or internationally one of the main themes of discussion. While in the US football ⚽️ is way dawn in the list of popular sports.
Thank you for you reply
@@salehbno my point still stands
As for the USA the sport is getting popular so it’s only a matter of time
@@samplingmastersxlr8660 indeed time will tell. Let's leave it at that.
@@salehbno fair enough
Mls is so weakkk

The Saudi league was better than the MLS way before Ronaldo’s arrival. I understand that ppl think that it’s a new league given the governments investment and the number of players that are going there now. Having said that, football is the one and only sport in Saudi. The sport that every kid plays on the streets and schools, it’s the equivalent to the American football/ Basket ball in the US. Just watch any game and you will be able to tell the difference if you really understand football.
Lair 😂
I wish there is a match called ( all stars team ) from SPL and MLS against each other
we can see Cristiano Vs Messi again
More hate
Towards?
Saudi pro league and mls is the best
Yes, MLS < Saudi League
We are not interested in amateur soccer.
Yup, please don't feed us that SPL. Even the acronym of their league is taken from Scottish Premier League.
SPL will buy MLS teams or players our Muslins brothers throwing rockets of money so our Muslims brothers League is growing
Spl is a way better league idk why this is even a debate 😂
Always SPL
You are uneducated crazy football fan..Low class football knowledge..Football league power rakning..(MLS 29---S pro league 36)
@@halabig2kid check rankings first before crying😂MLS is still ahead of Saudi pro league and it hasn't even been one full season🤡that about 10-15 players have arrived in Saudi and only 4 teams have acquired European players which were top teams in Saudi before as well😂it just makes the competition when weaker 🤡that small teams will be left behind even more, was Saudi league like as of now last season?😂no nah ,it's not even been one full season with 10-15 good players and pendu asslickers already started overhyping it

We'll, if it's art, ranks don't mean anything in our opinion because football is art and art is subjective. You have to see it with your own eyes, you can't understand football by looking at papers. That's just our opinion though.
