Yeah, it was sad to loose Phil - I love this band. Gary Moore tried to get Phil back on track, they had a couple of songs together, "Out in the Fields" was also one of the last recordings made by Phil Lynott before his death on 4 January 1986 aged 36.
Thankies Dane 🖤🤘🖤
Brian Downey is killing the drums on this one, one of the most underrated drummers!!!!
Whoop 🙌
I have seen them all. But Lizzy Live ruled. Not even a debate when it came to live rock bands in the 70's and 80's. Phil Lynott was one of the greatest frontmen around and and not many have come close since his departure.
Agreed 🖤🤘🖤 rock on!
Thin Lizzy my favorite band from the 70,the twins guitar fantastic and Live and dangerous one of the best album from the 70
Whoop!
I too have loved Thin Lizzy got to see them back in 1979 with their album Black Rose: A rock legend which is a prolific album, one the greatest albums were ever written. Don't get me wrong I am crazy about all of their albums otherwise I wouldn't have them all in my collection of music. another band I love a lot is the Scottish rockers Nazareth sadly we already lost Manny Charlton and Dan McCafferty RIP they were amazing rockers who set the tone for many different genres to come out. This is the true essence of hard rock plain and simple not the stuff people are claiming nowadays like band maid that is pop-rock plain and simple.
Agreed 🥰🖤🥰
Just amazing, thanks so much for this!
You're very welcome!🔥
I was born in 1964, so Thin Lizzy played a big part in my musical education. Phil Lynott's voice was so distinctive and the fans (myself included) still miss him. Although members of the most recent line-up of Thin Lizzy decided to record new material a few years ago under the name Black Star Riders, they are worth a listen.
Awesome thankies Dragon , rock on!
Brian Downeys drumming!!!!
Whoop 🙌
I TELL YOU WHAT (I LIKE EVERYTHING) THAT "LIZZY" HAS DONE
Whoop 🙌
A BIT OF INFO, THERE IS AN IRISH COVER BAND WHO DO (THIN LIZZY). THE DRUMMER IS (BRIAN DOWNEY) FROM THE ORIGINAL BAND AND THEY ARE CALLED (BRIAN DOWNEY'S ALIVE AND DANGEROUS). THEY ARE THAT GOOD YOU WOULD THINK IT WAS (THIN LIZZY)
Awesome Thankies 🤘
Brilliant band a little fun fact Phil Lynott was born on the same day as Robert Plant in the same hospital
Aww cute 🥰
Awesome I was a big Thin Lizzy, fan and I have seen them live a few times

Chinatown on the best lp, Thin Lizzy was Hirish best Hand Rock band, and international influences in other Rock band. Whiteout Gary Moore, great guitarist and songwriter... R. I. P. Together. 🎸🇮🇹🤘
RIP! Legends 🖤🔥🖤🔥
Here's a favorite's video to match the Christmas season. I don't know if you've seen this video before, but it was put together by NRK Radio in Oslo Norway. Angelina Jordan was 11 when she recorded this piece with their studio. The video was made by NRK, and it shows her hometown, Oslo Norway, at Christmas. Both the music and the video they produced are superb.

Yes no Gary Moore, it was Scott Goram & Snowy White, on guitar

Hey Mr. B see you're a Lizzy fan as well, why doesn't this surprise me hahahahaha. Love ya Mr. B your freaking awesome buddy
@@salsaucedo Thank you, yes Snowy White, replaced Brian Robertson, I will have to react to Thin Lizzy, I could tell you a few things about them lol!!!
@@OldMrB Snowy White replaced Gary Moore in Lizzy, when Moore left they hired Midge Ure then Dave Flett for gigs, but they were never hired as permanent members.
