I sure appreciate people like you that will take your precious time out (Yes, our time is so precious in this journey) to help people learn the right way to do things. So happy I found your video. Thank You so much for caring! God Bless You!
This was extremely helpful, thank you! It's nice to see someone with the correct technical knowledge and experience sharing information about the correct use of sealers. This technique is extremely helpful when you're using rolls of poly instead of bags, because it allows you to re-open the side closest to the roll without cutting.
This is the video I needed! Thank you so much, I was tearing it up from the product side and getting a thin seal and pulling it while hot which gave me ugly melted edges. This saves a lot of time and the bag looks professional. 🤗
WOW, you SAVED me a lot of MONEY. THANK YOU! I was planning to buy one of these very expensive heat sealers with a cutter, because i will have to make hundeds of bags per month out of tube sheet for my online shop and seal them with the items inside too. I have been using scissors and hated it. Takes so much time and looks terrible... Now i tried your method on my 40 bucks 400 mm cheapo sealer and it works perfectly. The seams get absolutely perfect. It looks very professional and saves so much time in comparison to the damn cutter if i had one and even much more in comparison to the scissors. Cool :) You can also make two bags out of one in a few seconds. Seal the bag in the middle or where you want to separate it, tear away one side. Now you have one bag finished. The other one has a weak seem. You only have to seal the outer border of this and it will be perfect too. For fun i already made air pillows from cheap foil for packaging on my own with an electric blower and the heat sealer. That works well.
I didn't know that! That's great advice, thank you. I had also been contemplating buying a cutter or not, but unless it's really thick shrink wrap - I've never seen any other soapers use the cutting functionality. Kind regards, Su x
This is awesome! I have been thinking I had a defective sealer. I never thought of pulling from the other side. Thank u so much! It looks so beautiful now!!!
hey is it fine to always maximize the temperature of the sealing machine? if the temperature adjustment goes from 0 to 8, is it okay for the machine to be set on 8 all the time? thank you :))
I do have a question that I am not understanding.. My heat know is 1 - 8... how do I know what heat setting? I am using thin "Shrink Wrap Poly Bags" - Thank You so much.
Hi, thanks for the video! I repeated your video, now I got mine from Amazon. But there's an issue, please help me. I tried to tear off the extra shrink bag, but it never worked. So I heated 2 or 3 times, but it wasn't tear off. Sometimes it hardly could be tear off or just ripped. Is this the defect of my machine? Do you think I need to refund this machine?
Are you using a ULINE sealer? I purchased a different sealer off of Amazon without cutter, and the bag would not cut away once sealed. I'm now looking at the ULINE brand.
Great explanation, this is a simple device but I just watched a video of someone showing the wrong way to do it with a weak seal, now how will you open your product since you just sealed your knife in the bag :)
Anyone here know how I can seal multi products on a plastic strip....like how old time lollipops used to come in a strip? Seemed to me they were enclosed on a long piece of plastic and then just sealed between each one. In other words, I'd like say 5 sweeties on on strip, but separated by a seal for each (you'd have to cut each one off). Can this machine do this?
Hi there! I'm in the process of packaging a new food product using a heat sealer, but I'm having trouble getting the sealed line to be wide enough for my needs. I'm currently using a basic model and the seal line is only 1-2 mm wide, a very thin line, and even on the lowest setting, it melts through the plastic too quickly, resulting in an untrustworthy seal. I've considered using a non-stick barrier like Teflon to help spread the heat more evenly, but I'm not sure where to find it or what thickness would be best. Do you have any suggestions or tips on how to achieve a wider seal and one that burns through less quickly with my heat sealer? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

you just saved me $200 for not getting a cutter, thank you!
Thank you for this video. As shops seem to do this a lot. The item you purchase is in a flimsy sealed bag and opens so easy.
I didn't know that! That's great advice, thank you. I had also been contemplating buying a cutter or not, but unless it's really thick shrink wrap - I've never seen any other soapers use the cutting functionality. Kind regards, Su x

Sir we use for water?
Good
How much price this machine ?
How to turn it on
how much is that
doing the opposite where the excess contains the thicker seal makes shrink wrapped products look a lot better.
And then, you or your customer can open these without tools. That's really nice :)
