I train itf and i wanna try to go to the olympics but only WorldTF go to Olympics. How can i make the transition to WorldTF? Do you guys allow to make that transition or what are the requirements i need to do so?

Time and practice my friend I just got my Yellow belt I know how you feel I just want to make it to green or blue so I don't feel like such a beginner haha
Guys its fine. Im black belt but it took so much time and practise. Just be patient and dont give up and i can gurantee that you'll see improvment

If you really want to pay money to learn how to punch like an idiot, go ahead. WTF is the sport side of taekwondo. You will be better off learning how to punch from boxing gyms or muay thai schools.
