I think Midnight Ride would look fantastic on that fabric! I stitched Away We Ride on a lighter mottled gray/tan fabric and really liked how it turned out.
Thank you so much! I absolutely love Animal Instinct, Flossabilities, and the Rocking Stitcher, but several in your list are new to me, I'll definitely check them out! ❤️
I really resonate with your stitchy style. My wishlist at 123Stitch cries a little, but it keeps my bank account a little healthier. Do you use hoops? Do you stitch in hand? How do you organize your floss that's not kitted up? I know you're moving, but do you have an idea about how and what you'll use that's not fabric/pattern/floss? I'm nosey!
Thanks for watching! I mostly use a q-snap and sometimes stitch in hand. What about you? I have an entire dresser drawer full of unkitted Floss haha. I'm hoping to do a little cross stitch organization tour once I'm settled in!
I'm working on two full coverage projects i charted myself that are very different on scale: the first, which is my focus project, is being stitched on 11 ct aida. the second, that i started just this week, is being done on 28 ct cotton, 1 over 1. i want to start filming flosstube videos to show them off, but english is not my first language and it's way harder to speak when I'm nervous
How are you liking the 28ct 1 over 1? That is so different from 11ct, you must love how many stitches you can get in with one strand 😄 I hear you on filming flosstube. I give a lot of presentations at work, which helped me practice speaking. Maybe you could practice flosstube before actually posting? Thank you so much for watching ❤️ Enjoy your stitching!
@@debstitches oh, the amount of floss it takes was one of the main factors of me deciding to use 28ct, the other being that i was able to find the 28ct cotton in person instead of ordering online. my first pick was 25ct lugana, but zweigart fabric is very expensive here in Brazil (as is DMC floss as well, we mainly use Anchor.) the weird thing about filming is that i actually do gaming livestreams with my friends from time to time, so it's not like i'm camera shy. i think it's the "talking to myself" part that gets me. i'm considering starting with a shorter video that leaves less time to freak out and build on from there, but we'll see how it goes. enjoy your stitching as well!
Good question! It's going to take at least 3 more months, and that depends on how often I work on it. The closer I get to the finish line the more I'll want to stitch it ❤️
Thank you for the mention - you are so kind! I'm over the moon impressed with your full coverage piece. That is an amazing XS!
Thank you so much! ❤️

I like midnight watch. How long do you think it will take you to finish your focus piece? I love seeing huge full coverages being finished!

Thank you so much for watching and for voting for a Blackbird! ❤️
