I've read an article about how Hans Christian Anderson's "The Little Mermaid" was written as an allegory about the authors experience as a homosexual man. How he felt like he could not express his real feelings. He was in love with a good friend, who ended up marrying. When you think about this, this fairy tale makes a lot of sense.
OH MY GOSH LOL!!! Im dying, my older sister told me if a boy hugged me I would get pregnant, and it LITERALLY traumatized me because in class if two kids got in an argument, the teachers would make them apologize and hug. Every time that happened I was like "NO SHE WILL GET PREGNANT!!!" LOL :D

A fun fact about me is when I was younger my mom and I would always drive to visit some of her family who lived a couple of hours away and I would think that the sun and or moon depending on if it was the day or night was following us to protect us. I now have a sun tattoo behind one of my ears and a moon behind the other one.
I'm literally the same exact way with my nieces and nephews. More so my oldest nephew and then my youngest nephew. I have so much love for all of them and my boyfriend is always like "When we are married and have kids I'm going to lose you to our kids" and I'm like not even going to lie to him I'll be like "Yeah, probably, BUT I'LL BE THE ONE TO BIRTH THEM. But anyway that whole "the sun can make you pregnant" thing was soo funny, honestly when i was younger ironically, i was always the one telling those kinds of things to my older sister and that really would have been a good one lol OH AND WHAT LIPSTICK ARE YOU WEARING?? My funny fifty shades story was that I was like 13 or 14 when it was first published and EVERYONE was reading it on a cruise I was on - and it was when it was a popular book but it wasn't hugely widely known exactly what it was. So I went around loudly asking everyone why they were reading erotica and I had a lot of ladies VERY angry at me lolll
I get super mad at the concept of little mermaid too! However, Disney does have a better way of spinning fairytales for children. In the Charles Perrault version of Little Red Riding Hood "the wolf" is metaphor for a sexual predator. If you think about out all fairytales have darker hidden meanings in general. For example Beauty and the Beast is essentially Stockholm's symdrome, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs is a metaphor for the stages of cocaine dependency, and Peter Pan is a metaphor for the angel of death that takes children to "Neverland" or heaven. Its actually astounding how Disney can turn such dark stuff into such happy cartoons.

Back than parents did not put a middle name with their child's name so my one Grandmother just had her first and last name and that was it.

I had also been eating more cause of a growth spurt but yeah... i thought i was pregnant when i was 8 lol
