Damn UA-cam always has videos for everything! I need to change mine , it’s giving me trouble when unlocking the door.. I need to angle the key in order to open which takes me 5 mins to get my doors open 🤦🏻‍♂️

Is there a wiring diagram for the driver door ajar signal? Intermittent signal prevents the doors from being locked because it just unlocks it again because it's thinks the door is open. Poor implementation of the nanny to keep the keys from being locked inside.

How can I remove the lock if I don’t have the original key? It’s a junk yard door that I’m using to replace my damage door and need to switch the lock from old door to new door

You can try your existing key, if the barrel is worn out it will open it. If this does not work you can break the plastic holding tab on the lock which will have to be done from inside the door. This will only work if done properly. Alternatively use the link below, that might be your best method:
