Honesty rooting isn't that hard. The hardest part is unlocking your bootloader. Dayum i've ried 3times and always got this stupid unknown error(-1) after i finished waitng for a week

great video but I'm running LineageOS (18.1) Android 11 and every step worked but in the Magisk app, "Magisk" shows N/A for installed, Zygisk NO and Ramdisk Yes. Below that where it shows "App", is shows Latest: 25.2. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
Oh I forgot to mention, so when I click to "Install" Magisk in the app, it wants me to select an .img or .tar file. I tried to install the changed .zip file and original .apk and it said wrong file format. :(

On Samsung, you will have to unlock the bootloader via the Download Mode and then rooting can be done via the tool ODIN. It hardly matters if it is v22.0 or v23.0 so go for the one, you feel like installing.
