Waaaaay back in the day, like maybe 2010 something like that. I used a device like this going from perhaps an 80 pct split to a full split over probably a period of months. When I lacked the final 5 percent or such, I dragged it all the way in and it was good cuz I could let go of it right away and it slid back some... (had I been in a full split on the ground, i couldn't have exited the position as fast)... I aovided injury, then gradually did the same over time staying in that full position a little longer and a little longer... But of course, pay attention to your body's signals and ease into it like you said in the video. :) I never used one of thse since using it to get to full split, but I still think it helped me get there quicker... so I appreciate it as a tool nonetheless.

Wow this looks like something that I may actually need. I'm constantly trying to improved my split stretch. My hips and groin are always where I need to focus on.

Ahh so true on easing into it! I am working on the middle splits now!
