Thank you for your time doing this grave stone. I wanted to let you know I have added your cleaned picture to the memorial for him on ‘Find a Grave’ and your name from UA-cam. ❤👍

Pool chlorine works fine if you rinse it off well. My uncle has been doing it on my aunts headstone since 1990 and it still looks brand new. I'm a cemetery superintendent in central new york. Your videos are awesome... keep up the good work

Every time I search for D2, I'm given recommendations for something else, which I won't purchase. I want to clean my Father's family headstone from the mid 1800's. It's a 9 hour drive away from me, so I guess when I finally find D2, I'll just spray it and leave. I'm too scared to brush it, but I do have an old horsehair brush that belonged to my Father.
Have a wonderful weekend. Hope Mom is doing well and getting some quality bonding time with your new addition to the family. 😊 Hope you're doing well and sleeping too.

I appreciate your cleaning service. Some of my family members are at Holy Cross Cemetary in south Detroit. My wife & I were there recently and drove/walked around and came across the children's section at the back of the property. Those stones really do need some TLC since I'm sure they are the forgotten children. Unfortunately, we have moved out of state so we are unable to do any justice for them. We have family throughout the Detroit are and on certain holidays we visit & clean off the headstones, but I bring along my saws-all (w/ a couple of batteries) to cut away all the overgrown grass, using a wood teeth blade.

When you get a chance, you should go to Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond Virginia and check it out.

My baby boys grave is marble with gold lettering. How would I clean that then repaint his name etc?

Is there any hope for a 55 year old marble headstone with severe hard water staining?

What do you do,if the marker looks like brass or metal? Also can you please provide the link to the email for the D2?

My group has cleaned several hundred veterans markers over the last decade using both D2 and more frequently Wet and Forget. Wet and Forget is VA approved and in our experience is equally effective. It is one fourth the cost of D2 and is available at Ace Hardware and Menard's. Your comments about dilute dish washing solution, plenty of water, and NO bleach are practices we also preach.

When safely cleaning a headstone, never take your job for "granite"
