CTA is trying their best to provide whatever is necessary to all Tibetan refugees across the globe.However, incase of Tibetan refuges living in Nepal, due to the Chinese government pressure to nepal especially on the economic level. Nepal government doesn't allow Tibetans in Nepal to recieve any help or paper work, and also they were not given a proper identity certificate to travel abroad, and carryout peaceful protest against Chinese govt injustice in Tibet. Thus, CTA can't do much if Nepal govt (puppet of Chinese communist govt) doesn't allow CTA.
sonam lama .It is quite understandable. If you need more answer than ask Nepal government regarding obstrucles faced by Tibetan refugees in Nepal. If CTA possess any power then they will definately use it. However; They don't. But still CTA seeks help from EU and United state helps to advocate Tibetan refugees issues in Nepal.
