This video is already up on the Deko Records channel. You're basically cutting your potential view counts & likes in half by having two places on youtube to see the same content. Wouldn't it be a more effective strategy to promote the Deko link and remove this one? You're basically competing with yourself.
Licensed music can't be monetized other than via the official UA-cam copyright control so other than kudos of a higher viewer count it doesn't make too much difference. Worth considering in the future though, thanks. (James)
@@DonnieVieOfficial The higher the view count a vid gets, the better it will show up in the youtube algorithms. Meaning, it increases the possibility of more people coming across it by chance / sharing it / having it go viral etc. Just my perspective though, thanks for the reply & consideration!
That's true. UA-cam auto-generated a topic channel of my band page, which is basically a mirror of the official channel. I'm constantly competing with my own views and subscriber count. It's very annoying.
