I remember riding on these trails with my dad as a kid.
That was back before it was owned by the trail company. Lot of good memories.

Are helmets required there for all ages, where we have rode at Windrock in east TN only under 18 are required, nice video i enjoyed watching
On these trails they are required for all ages along with safety glasses.
I've only rode rock house and Buffalo mountain. Is ive any good?
