I think its not so muchj what's asy as whats consistent. We need to put them into practice , I beleive, until they become the new way of eating and being. I'm gonna work on mindfullness now and portion sizes. Gotta distract myself for the 20mins it takes for tummy to register as full. My best tips after dropping 20 lbs, is set an alarm on your phone saying "take a health happy walk NOW" (mine goes off at 2pm each day) and then do it. Make a big salad or home-made soup/beany stew or both daily, and keep enough for the 2nd day's lunch.
Those are all great ideas! Yes I’m still working on eating with mindfulness as well. I think it’s a skill that improves with effort. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts 💭
