i did half this recipe and baked in 3 6" pans. didn't turn out as fluffy bcs i messed up the egg whites while separating and added too much sugar to the wet mixture, but the taste is good! not too sweet. perfect with chocolate sauce filling and whipped cream. thank you :)
I have no European brand cocoa powder so I opted to use Hershey's and I must say that I was able to produce a tasty chiffon cake! Texture is also perfect. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Colen ! Just wanted to give you update , I converted your 120c to 248F and kept my cakes for 55 minutes but it did not cook in that time.. So I increased my temp to 300 F on Bake mode and it took more 25 mins to be done .. I was wondering why that happened?

Ang ginamit ko dito sis yung oven ko na electric up and down ang init 😊 , if hilaw pa sayo add few minutes pa, 😊 tapos check mo kung ilang minutes bago maluto, slow bake kasi sinagawa ko para mas fluffy at mas moist , pwede mo naman taastan konti yung yung temperature tapos mas maiksi yung time, kaso nga lang sis mas dry,

Pag 55mins. Toothpick test, Tapos pag hilaw pa add ng 5 mins. Tapos toothpick test ulit, tapos pag hilaw parin, add another 5 mins. Ulit ☺️ tapos tandaan mo kung ilang mins mo niluto, pwede din na taasan mo yung temp hanggang 150°c tapos toothpick test after 45 mins. Ang maganda lang sa slow bake mas fluffy siya ☺️

I used The whole mixture for 1-6inch round pan and 1-8 inch round pan, you can use the whole mixture in 1-9inch pan , or 3 pcs 6 inch pan
