The community plate racks at my gun club are well used and the plates lean forward a good bit, with 9mm they definitely need to be hit at the top to get them to push over. Thanks for watching!!
The SD stands for “self defense” so does it still have the 8-10 pound trigger pull. This was done on purpose as marketed to less experienced shooters so chance of accidental discharge was lessened. It is a excellent and reliable firearm that has been around many years! Far better than the Sigma it replaced. Glock 19 competitor.
It still has a heavy trigger pull, which is fine; as you said, for less experienced shooters. I plan to use it mostly for teaching others, the reliability ensures they don't find themselves in a jam or stove pipe situation before they've become comfortable with handling. Thanks for watching!!
I have had a Sigma SW9VE since 1979 and its been the most reliable pistol i have owned. Its the home defense gun these days.
How long has smith been making though sigma pistols ? When did they come on the market
I've had the SD40VE for a couple years and it has worked flawlessly.
It really is a great firearm. Thanks for watching!!
From what I see you're hitting the plates they are just standing there?
Best to ya',,,,!
