- Over the past few months I have been approached via DM with many questions regarding Bharatanatyam. Addressing one of the most common ones today through this video.
Bharatanatyam bodies are unique in how they move and require tailor-made exercises to avoid any injury and stay healthy.

Ma'am can u please tell on how to make alta sweat proof while dancing
After you apply Alta- show your hands and feet in running water- No soap. This should do :)
