I am a structural engineer of 40 years in the field..I started out my professional career as a complete non believer...now at the age of 62..I am a TOTAL believer in the science of vaastu.
Vaastu is good...it's that some vaastu practioners are not fully knowledgeable or just plain unethical...same as in any other field !

Our 70 years old ancestral house was bought by a chettiyar who entirely changed the house according to vastu. Closed the existing sump in front n built it at thee back, got the kitchen from back to the front n so on. Within a year our neighborhood sent us a poster on the street, the owners son of 45 years went missing.
I asked did if he got the vastu done to prosper or to get rid of his son?
This was two 4 years back still he is not found.

This depends on who is doing the Vastu Analysis. There are many fraud Vastu consultant in market and they charge good money. Get the right certified consultant and go by reference so you will never go wrong. I am saying this because myself I have seen fraud guys. The house plan should be gridded well before making any decision in Vastu. Only on the basis of magnetic compass, person advising you is not 100%. Vastu is truly very powerful tool. Utilizing correctly, It helps a lot.

@@janicemylla482 If I am doing Vastu since 2001 and getting the successful results, what is the point of watching the video of Mr. GK, those videos can't prove my case studies wrong because I have been delivering positive results with my studies to industries, and I am not only the one who is achieving the results , even my colleagues are doing the same and we share the case studies for learning more and more. Mr. GK should watch the video of Vastu. You guys are surely on wrong track. Get the Certified Vastu Analyst to understand the Vastu Shastra.

This gentleman is not to be called a gentleman. Has gone mad at this age. He built houses in Chennai which fell down due to defective construction quality. He was literally kicked out of Chennai. He is in Bangalore from many years and look at him. Vastu is a Scientific subject and now being taught at IIT. Perhaps this old man does not know what IIT means.
