This was two 4 years back still he is not found.
This depends on who is doing the Vastu Analysis. There are many fraud Vastu consultant in market and they charge good money. Get the right certified consultant and go by reference so you will never go wrong. I am saying this because myself I have seen fraud guys. The house plan should be gridded well before making any decision in Vastu. Only on the basis of magnetic compass, person advising you is not 100%. Vastu is truly very powerful tool. Utilizing correctly, It helps a lot.

I am a structural engineer of 40 years in the field..I started out my professional career as a complete non believer...now at the age of 62..I am a TOTAL believer in the science of vaastu. Vaastu is good...it's that some vaastu practioners are not fully knowledgeable or just plain unethical...same as in any other field !
Sir plz don't use the word science. You are engineer which means You should know that you can call something scientific only when you can explain the principal it works on. No amount of belief into something makes it science.

This gentleman is not to be called a gentleman. Has gone mad at this age. He built houses in Chennai which fell down due to defective construction quality. He was literally kicked out of Chennai. He is in Bangalore from many years and look at him. Vastu is a Scientific subject and now being taught at IIT. Perhaps this old man does not know what IIT means.
