The law has been innocent until proven guilty. Not with the left. But for Trump it’s guilty until proven innocent. That is not equal. Trump committed no crime. There were no victims here. A bank loan was given and a bank loan was paid in full. Real estate loans are partially based values of property. The value of properties are often over valued, it’s the nature of the industry. Thanks for pointing this out - Personally I LIKE seeing this kind of crap because it shows the reality of what is happening. As a prior juror on several trials, I would have been totally appalled and it would have forced me to question everything about their charges.

It would seem that the effective response would be for the Judge, after her first outburst, to state very clearly, "Bailiff, take this person into custody now!" She would then be brought before the Judge, or maybe a different one... I don't know how that would be executed, to address her misbehavior. If that was her "typical behavior" it would seem that disbarment wouldn't be too far down that line.

I've been in front of a judge or two they would have never taken this crap from anyone.
The judge should have just given her the "dad" look and told her "one more word from you about this and you'll get some jail time for contempt". Then follow through when she doesn't shut up. Obviously she's been allowed to do this for way too long.
And that's why she kept on when he said I'm not arguing with you! When I was young my dad would've slapped me across the room if I talked to him like that! And now I have total respect for anyone in charge! And no that wasn't abuse! He taught me respect!
