Hey, I just wanted to tell you how valuable your channel is already. I'm excited to see what you're going to bring for 2023! I'm in the middle of my GMAT prep (2nd time around) and have found your videos superb amongst others.

Wow, thank you! These all suck compared to what's coming. Im so sorry if can't be faster. I know how to get 800 but don't know how to explain it well enough yet

You're doing a great job already! I believe a little bit of tech support can take you a long way. The content is super amazing, the presentation and the whole UX can be made better.

Definitely - already got the tech and the knowledge - just need the health and video factory. In truth these were only ever videos for my students so I'm amazed anyone found my channel let alone reaching (soon) 1000 subs just off that. Really reminds me why I love teaching and tells me I'm not crazy to think I could provide better stuff than what shows up atm 🤣
Edit: hope not read as arrogant - truthfully I'm very humble except for one or two things of which teaching ability is included; I know I am lucky to have a gift for it and love doing it but my student's results have made it impossible for me not to get a bit of an ego around teaching ability in particular- apologies but probably important for something like UA-cam as I know there will be trolls and insulting comments as I grow so good to have a wall of proof for those to bounce off for my brain with how it works 🤣

I just wish that I have known your channel earlier. not only 1 week before my scheduled exam!
nevertheless, I gained a lot in this week.
    Thank you very much.

You are young. If you need to take another year to prep (1hr a day for a year) but get a crazy score as a result, nothing wrong with that tactic! Gmat too early often leads to frankly awful scores - do NOT internalise this as anything more than the truth; you needed vastly more prep time.
Most people need A LOT of hours for solid 700s scores - I lucked out with my mathematics undergrad, my love of debating and my english-speaking background. That meant all I had to prep for was SC. And that took me 2 weeks of solid work to crack (lets say 100hrs). And that's 1/5 portions of the gmat.

@@thetutordl well... I am not that young (42 yo 😅).
I scored 700 in my first attempt. and after 3 months of studying i still score 700 in the practice exams. I lack the speed in quant. seeing you solving a full exam real time helped me understand how to manage my time

42 still has 30 years of work - imagine you picked the right job now! 30 years way too long 😉 but also 700 is great and glad I could help - identify your weaknesses and if it truly is speed my only recommendation is practice translating like I do - massive speed gains

Hi thanks for your awesome explanations! I believe for the last question the ratio should be 3:1 instead of 1:3 if I'm not wrong.

Yes; I was writing more just that we have 1 part of something for 3 of the other and clarified which was which later in the question, but technically yes it was 3:1 not 1:3 :)
