As an Indiana native, I would have flipped if the USS Indiana was the hero ship of a Star Trek show.

"The Breen" sounds like an interesting idea for a Star Trek movie.

I wish they'd done the Chekov story. Especially given how good Walter was at playing deceiving as Bester on Babylon 5.

More videos please! I've hear of people attempting to animate a few minutes of TNG for UA-cam, I would love an entire series of the episodes they never got around to...

🖖😎👍Very cool and very nicely well done and executed in every detail way shape and form provided on this format and it's subject matter on all the various different scripts and stories that were discarded and never truly made into the TNG series!👌.

I really enjoy these and I hope you continue to do more of them. Some of the ideas are pretty good and others you have one of those what the heck were they thinking moments.
Being a fan of Star Trek since it's very first TOS episode, I had a hard time connecting with the idea of Pavel Chekov doing what he would have done in that episode.
Also, I find it highly unlikely that Troi wouldn't have been able to telepathically communicate seeing as how she did it with her mother in other episodes.
But one of the things about Star Trek that's always made it interesting is the tossing around of ideas and seeing how they might go together to form an episode.
Right now I am rereading all of the These are the Voyages books. Even in the TOS days they had story ideas that writers came up with and they worked them in different ways and changed them to see if they would work.
I believe the big difference back then was Gene Roddenberry was over and above all, a producer of TV dramas. He wanted writing and storylines that brought forth what he envisioned his characters would do in certain situations. If they didn't fit that vision he would rewrite the scripts or drop the ideas all together. In other words it was about entertainment first and foremost.
That was Gene's vision for Star Trek and I believe the basic foundation of his vision is still to be found in anything that Star Trek does and that is not a bad thing.
    Live long and prosper 🖖

I think the Chekov one probably seemed the best of those. Although laying waste to a planet that had him imprisoned would be a stretch for that character.
I’m glad The Breen one never got green lit. That just didn’t sut right with me.

They knew the Breen were trustworthy when they told them ARHARHARHARHARH

I'd have loved to see the Data/Lore/Lul revisit.

Hrm, for this one it seems like there were a lot of good stories that got too distracted from the intriguing part. (Like, two parter about the Breen but the Breen didn't seem to do anything or relate to what happened to the characters or even the ship? ) And maybe it coulda been cool to see Chekov again but the 'Badmiral' trope is and was overdone. I suppose during DS9 days Walter was playing Bester on B5 and those shows were seen as 'competing,' even if that was silly. (And strictly speaking, Worf's family is from Ukraine according to whatever source specified the hometown on Earth. )

Where are you getting all this info. Or do we just take it with a grain of Stardust? I have heard 9 different versions of what you call "The Breen" episode. All have one and only one thing in common. The destruction of the D's star drive. Please tell me where you found this info out. So I can read it for myself and finally nail down the storyline of one of the most interesting stories that never was made

I would've liked to have seen the Geordi story, I don't think his character was really fleshed out enough
