I don't know why they are starting to put ladders in.first thing I would do with three is open the door and throw out the ladder. It's half way in the living room. These homes make a negative except for the very young. The are deleting a large portion of their buyers.

This tiny is missing the most essential
part of living tiny-the width doesn't allow
the home to have an entry closet and a
smooth transition into the home! Boom,
you are in the kitchen and where do you
put your coat or shoes? It's a nice looking
home but could have used more thought
and function. Yikes ,you look right into the
bathroom when you sit in the living area-
no feng shui there!
