I agree, however; there a lot of upgrades in this house that you don't see in others. It's all in how you want it built & what you want in it. Top of the line products, appliances, siding, windows, also meeting city, state requirements, type of windows, insulation vs blown in kind etc.. Just like building a new home on a piece of property except that you pay up to $100,000 for it. Then contractors, plumbers, architects, etc. Then you can end up with a $500,000 & up instead of $120,000 or LESS. Living tiny is supposed to be cost effective not break the bank.

The second and third floor plans are my favorite. What is the price of these tiny homes ?

I really like the layout of the second tiny home with separate bathtub and shower, laundry room. What is the price of it? The third floor plan was also doable.

I agree with the other commenter who suggested stairs on both sides; I'd also have a walk-up into the second loft, which of course would mean having to get creative on in the living room, though I've seen that done before. In fact, the only builder I've seen do double stand-up lofts in Indigo River; they're really the "stand-out" when it comes to stand-ups, which are going to be the most popular tiny homes if they're not already. If you're not yet 50? Believe me, it's coming, and your knees will thank-you! It's sometimes hard to envision these places until they're furnished - it would be nice to see the back room behind the bedroom changed into something - a study, an office or an exercise room. Maybe even a place to put the TV, or small small bookcases with a loveseat, since there's not a ton of space for "living" below - it might allow you to have a larger kitchen w. more storage?

❤Love the space it’s beautiful, but I would have stairs on both side and storage on both stairs. Stairs need the kitchen would have a slide out pantry for spices, and a larger slide out pantry for containers, those slide outs look to narrow, need them wider. 🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾🥰🙏🏾

I think it's a good design and it is well built. No leaks here! You could use the rooftop as a deck!😊

Love the coat closet, the first I’ve seen in any tiny home. Very practical. Also, the large closets…downsizing is a necessary “evil”, but I could never live without a decent amount of clothing/shoe storage. Lovely home!

It could be but it's not at all cozy looking. Hard builtin couches aren't cozy AT ALL. A bunch of hard lines you have to RELAX on isn't cozy at all. And the 80's themed rounded entry to the upstairs isn't cozy at all and looks seriously dated. And why would you put the built-in couch and wood stove on the same side?? You sure aren't going to be cozying up with a warm cozy fire to watch.
