These guys are trail sprinting! I just plod a long at a slow pace hoping to not crap out.
My plan is to always walk the up hills and run the flats. These people are amazing.
There’re also paid to do it…..not all mind to be fair. If you can hike well and run downhill quickly, trail running is a natural.
The most fascinating of these videos are also the cinematographers shooting these scenes. Kudos to you all 👏🏽
