Dear Mr. Brar you are one of my favourite chefs. Chicken 65 was named Chicken 65 at Buharis because it was first made in 1965. (according to the owners) Was this your take on their Chicken 65? At Buharis they always add eggs while marinating the chicken as well as a little garam masala and they never add curry leaves in the marinade but rather while frying. In the 80s I don't think they used rice / corn flour just before frying and even now they don't but nowadays in other restaurants chef do add.... usually cornflour or rice flour or chickpea flour is used for Chicken pakoras.

Great! I'm in Canada, and Chicken 65 is one of my favorite dishes at this local fusion restaurant. This looks pretty close to theirs, though by comparison theirs seems a bit saucier (not authentic, but I still love it). I look forward to trying this recipe out. 😋
