This uses some items from the dollar store but if you don’t have the expensive machines you are out of luck unless you order and pay a pretty penny for those custom details... I wouldn’t say that the title is truthful

It's very rare that you find any "Dollar Tree" tutorial on UA-cam that uses ALL Dollar Tree items
