I can't wait to make the beehives for vases and adding the honey bee a friend of mine is opening up a restaurant which bears the name champagne honey bee grill since they also own a honey distributing company I think it'll be a wonderful gift for their opening

Can't wait to make my home an inspiration for someone else who has LOVE for bees!!! Just a thought: on your pompom bees...You could even take some black embroidery thread, and glue it around their little bodies in a circular shape. This would get the overall feel of the stripes on the back of the bee. You could even braid 3 of them together, and glue them around in sets of 3 or 4 on the bees body. I think it would BEE adorable and look super cute. I love these bees....and can't wait to add them to my beehives!!!!....Also, you could build the honey comb upward as thick as you want, and make it look bigger if you're into that. Imagine using the jumbo sz sticks...lol So many possibilities here....Ty for the share!!!! 🐝🌻🐝🌻🐝❤❤😎🖒🖒

What is the measurement of the bumble bee? He is so cute, great ideas!!
About two inches long. I used pom poms from Dollar Tree, but you could get some in different sizes from Hobby Lobby to make the bee larger or smaller.
Would it not be cheaper & more eco friendly to just use empty jars from food products (relish, roasted red pepper or artichoke hearts jars immediately come to mind) or maybe a cut off piece of soda bottle..???

Absolutely! I understand what you are saying. If I label a video as a "Dollar Tree DIY" then I use all or 99% Dollar Tree products for those projects. A lot of my DIYs are using items that I already own. I just dislike watching videos that say they use Dollar Tree products and then they use other items. If that makes sense 😊
@@CreationCallsMe definitely understand!! Us easy going people wouldn't mind if in your videos you said "here I used something recycled I already owned, but you can get A, B or C at dollar tree to substitute..."
**I just thought it was a waste to cover up the pretty grooves in that jar w rope when something flat & free would look the same when covered is all😘😍💖
i looked at their website and they have both lengths, must order 36 for the 13ft and 48 with the 9.5ft, doesn't make sense to me
I picked up some more in store the other day and they had the two different lengths there. I'm thinking one is newer and they are selling the rest of the old ones.
Fyi the honey comb point is up not flat.
