I’m an HVAC tech my dude, you can run the ac all you want but if you don’t have very good air flow it’s not gonna help as much. Also, the ac pulls the humidity out over time, but until it does it won’t be able to get to a much lower temperature. Get a fan and a dehumidifier and you’ll be able to control the temperature much better with that mini-split AC you have.
You need more air flowing threw the enclosures, they seem to close together and since they are bioactive in some respects they are emitting more isolated heat than the ac unit can deal with. Id reccomend having less inclosures or more space between them
I have the worst arachnophobia but somehow I really love watching your videos! I do think they will help me understand these small, very weird and scary creatures better

I don't understand, you're responsible as the owner to look after the animals and you know/suspect that the temperature is killing your spider so why didn't you do anything about it? If it died of old age fair enough but otherwise you just let your spider die for no reason
I caught a gorgeous "blonde" tarantula at Ft. Hunter Ligget in CA. I kept it. I caught a black one out in the Los Padres. I kept that one. I put them both in the same cage together to see what would happen. Bad idea: They killed each other.
You would think if you weren't going to properly keep a set up for certain animals you'd avoid getting those animals instead of risking them falling ill and dying just so you can say you have them. I enjoy this channel usually but really feel you can be super careless sometimes.

Why is it that people who deliberately keep spiders and snakes never get bitten by them, but people who innocently go about their business, not interested or aware of their presence are the ones they choose to bite.
Some people might walk into a keepers room, and notice a couple of specimens preserved in jars of solution, they would think "damn thats a sick bastard he kills them and keeps a few in the jars as trophies" but really we keep them around, because we want to remember the fun times we had with the ts, and why they were one of our most impressive or favorite ones. It's funny how perspective can change a lot of things. Glad to see you still have a positive outlook on this whole death situation, Exotics.

Just a quick tip, for the T's that need cooler temps, keep them closer to the floor. Hot air rises so lower to the floor would be coolest place.
