These Videos are super helpful. Keep it up. Last session I've run mordenkainen and it was way cooler than if my party would've stumbled into him as a mad wizard and it made for an memorable encounter aproperate for a D&D character this legendary.

I like the concept of chaotic neutral vistani who focus on the traveling merchant aspect of their people. Offering to get items for players that are outside the mists, pay double or triple the cost and a couple weeks travel time, and then a % chance that they either don't return or do so but request additional pay for difficulties along the way.
The players should know they are being fleeced, but begrudgingly pay anyways.

I've always pictured Vistani as more Chaotic Neutral in most aspects, the only reason they help Strahd is because they get to live doing nothing but singing, drinking, and having a good old time.
