One thing i understood is that the story is a sequel to the Mahabharata, which almost every indian knows and hence we get connected to the story as if we knew the previous part already.

We should really respect South Indian Cinema as they have that Conviction towards their project.
Part 2 of kalki is going to be great because in kalki they showed only 5 min of Mahabharata scenes and it is creating a rampage at the box office. The next part of kalki is going to take place maximum in past and it will show many more scenes of Mahabharata. Even if they show 45-60 min of Mahabharata scenes it is going to break all records

You havent talked about the music of this film, the music enhances every scene, the Background score in fights or in the mahabharata scenes, that was very commendable

First there is no conclusive evidence that it is our history. Like we have clear proofs of harrpan civilisation. But not of ramayana or mahabharata

Kalki was the first film that I watched in theatres and I am very fortunate that Kalki was that film... My experience is mind blowing with the film especially in the interval scene where we see the glimpse of kaal bhairava it was the best part and also the first fight of Ashwatthamaa and Bhairava was really epic....

Everyone acted very well, Amitabh Bachchan sir played Ashwatthama impressively. But Goosebumps moments were when Shree Krishna came on Screen, and even his very little screen time added a Different Level to the Movie, eagerly waiting for the next parts. Jai Shree Krishna!
