Hi Bii, It's beautiful to see sakura on a rainy day.
I did google that the chances of getting a bad luck omikuji in Sensoji is the highest in Japan, about 30 % kyou (bad luck) according to a japanese website.
But some of the shrines have no bad luck omikuji at all and I would recommend you to visit Atsuta shrine in Nagoya, if you have time to stop by in Aichi.
I am from Nagoya, there are so many yummy foods like miso nikomi udon , chicken wings and miso tonkatsu.

I hope one day I can be there too but I just don't think I could leave either!!!! I'm so sorry about your ring I know about opal's because that's my birthstone. When I was 20 I did some secretarial work I guess I was filing and the same thing happened with my Stone they can be very fragile but I didn't expect that to happen to yours I hope you can get it replaced soon. My friend just lost her diamond out of her wedding ring and got replaced. And no worries with those bad readings for this year. No true!!! You two are solid 🍃🌸
