  • The government's key labour reforms bills on industrial relations, wages code, small factories and EPF are likely to be introduced in the coming monsoon session of the Parliament.
    The bills including Code on Industrial Relations Bill, 2015, The Small Factories (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Services) Bill, 2014, besides comprehensive amendments to the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952, which are all aimed at improving ease of doing business and boosting the ‘Make in India’ initiative of the government.
    The worker's trade unions, including BMS (an RSS affiliate), have expressed strong reservations against these bills. The Central trade unions are going on one day strike on September 2. These Unions have threatened that they would not allow new labour laws to be implemented on the floor.

    This BMS spokesman is so stupid. if Tata moved out of Bengal, it was also a loss for Bengal. People lost employment.

    meine ek case cafe coffee day per krr rakha hua hi. or labour court capable ni hi management ko boolane ke liye it is about to one year. or unhone kaha hi ki humne ye case aage reffer krr diya hi jo ki kaddkad dooma hi. or iabb meiine poocha ki abb tareekh kabb milegi to labour court waale kahte hi ki. pata ni 1 saal bi lagg sakta h or 6 months ya 2 years. can u plzz suggest me what should i do.??
