Absolutely love these videos! Thank you.
Thank you sir for another amazing...informative video.
Ink brands don't have a light fastness scale thingy do they? Like the lower on the scale the faster it's going to fade. Could be a reason to change brands.
Pigment companies do. Tattoo pigment companies don’t.
I do as well. We are working on putting it together so folks can see what’s going to last. One of the many projects ongoing right now lol🫠
Hats off mister Journeyman @@BetterTattooing
I'd like to know more on this!! 😊 How do I find out if the ink I use is of high quality, and how it mixes with other colours, and do some brands blend or not.....or is this a trail and error!?
A lot of it is going to be trial and error as companies across the globe continue to remove labeling and fight requirements.
My one rule for everyone is pay attention to tint- the more “pure” a color is, the better it blends out of skin. That doesn’t mean it will last, but the immediate result is a better dopamine hit. It also gives you a better product to reintroduce during a rework to bring the existing colors back to what they were
@@BetterTattooing Thanks for this, and I read from your comment to David that there's more videos coming on colour, looking forward to it.
I was standing in a shop once and the guy who was serving was covered in cool tattoos and I noticed there was no black and no lines, just colour, it wasn't vibrant or anything but it was fading beautifully!!! I wished I had the bottle at the time to quiz him about it.
Looking forward to learning as much as I can on colour.
