Animation showing Lefort 1-3 fractures that result is a free-floating upper jaw. These types of mid-facial fractures all require surgical repair; maxillary-mandibular fixation followed by plate insertion to fixate the fractures (ORIF).

What you mean with ivro t?
If i am understanding you well, you want to get a smaller face so you are planning on getting:
1. Midfacial reduction through lefort 1 osteotomy to reduce midfacial height;
2. Reduce width of the midface.
Is this correct?
