    Good food takes time. I don't know how many people I heard say, "my grandmother was should a great cook!" Well she spent a lot of time in the kitchen to make good food. 💗

      I wish I was as good of a cook as my Grandmother. If I spent as much time in the kitchen as she did I probably would be at least be a better cook!

    I can't wait to attempt this; I just need to lay my hands on duck fat, among other things!

    The frenchman is using duck fat the way southern people in the united states use bacon grease 😎
