6 cups self raising
or cake flour with 6 tsp baking powder & 1tsp salt
1 cup sugar
500g margarine/butter
4 eggs
1 cup buttermilk/Amasi /milk
1 tsp vanilla essence (Optional)
Bake in a pre-heated Airfryer at 170⁰C for 17-20 minutes
