Great stuff. WOW! I love everything dealing with the history of disc golf. I started playing in 1989...and it's fascinating to see where disc golf was and where it is today.

Thoroughly enjoyed your book "Growing Up Disc Golf" Scott. This really puts some of it into perspective. Love the content.

Very cool walk down memory lane ! I met Scott at the 87 world cup( precursor to the Masters Cup.) I also designed the club logo which was used on the tournament disc which still featured the 4x4 post

Those old Canadian molds are likely to have been pressed by Irwin toys who had the rights to use the Wham-o trademark name Frisbee in Canada.

When original Quest AT had a 10 meter Brick, the rule was used heavy again as was a rule on if disc broke and rule on declaring to carry a broken disc yet never use should disc be damaged while in bag rule by people using 10 meter brick in PDGA events. Old 10 meter plastic was more fragile then any disc, 40 F or lower would have disc shatter randomly in people's bags even for players taking precautions by using a towel. Later Quest AT in mid 2010's of Northern Illinois and not old company from St Louis Illinois 10 meter Brick as so floppy they give newer PDGA legal silicone discs a run for who has floppiest PDGA legal disc ever made. 10 Meter is a different putter based on a clone of a higher dome Comet made at 21.1 cm diameter so disc mold would work better as a putter then a Comet would, not that a higher dome Comet would be a bad putter.
