Awesome video, very detailed. I got a Question. I have the same AIO, wanted to add Lian Li SL Infinity fans to the AIO, but want the 4pin Pump header connector to connect to the motherboard, does work with buying a Lian Li ARGB Cable??

Is it possible to customize the temperature display mode? To include something of your own alongside the temperature, move the temperature to the left or right, and so on?
Super helpful guide, for some reason ARGB isnt working on one of the fans, any idea what thats caused by?
Awesome video! I just installed mine and realised that my GPU temperature displayed on the cooler is different from HWINFO. Any thoughts why? I am using an X670E Master from Gigabyte, paired with a Ryujin iii. Cheers!
Can we buy these same fans separate to go in other spots in our case so they all match?
i installed mine and i see only 2 fans running and 1 not.... but all rbg lights are on....any suggestions why one fan may not be running?

@@SirSone1yes people have done test and this is the lowest temperature 360mm aio for am5 but the pump is loud compared to other 360mm aio
I'd love to change the standard fans with Lian Li UNI TL Reverse fans. Would I connect these to the regular Lian Li controller, while connecting the cooling block to the pump header (4-pin) and the usb header in the usb 2.0 header?

Just ordered the White version that just came out in the UK for my Asus ROG Gundam Build.. The Gundam pump now makes a constant clicking noise. At lest with this i can Put a Gundam Gif on it to keep with the rest of the Gundam parts!

Hey man, thanks for the video. Could you help me with something? I have this same AIO and I'm having trouble with the fans. I cannot find them in the Armory Crate software when I want to change the lighting settings. The only things that appear for the AIO are the animation/hwmonitor screen, and the exact same Fan Curve screen that you also have in this video. Thing is, I cannot change the RGB lights on the fans, even after confirming I have plugged both the cables to the PWM header and 3-pin RGB header on my MSI MEG X670E ACE mobo. Have you encountered anything like this issue?

How do I get my fans to work with ryujin 360. Have them plugged into mobo which has power but fans wont turn on

If you can afford this this one is better, and make sure you have an asus board :) So far the cooling part is good
Depends whether you like ARGB or not. This one looks great and cools great so unless you hare ARGB I would go for this one

I really need help I have the same motherboard and bought the same AIO my screen lights up but I can't change anything... my RYUJIN III 360 just says loading when I click on its name in ARMORY CRATE What can I do?

By a triple pack with the hub... run wires from hub to headers

Looks like they ditched that space consuming fan controller from the previous version. You were forced to use it even if you connected the radiator fans directly to the motherboard because the controller was still required to power the pump. Not sure why they didn't just leave it the same as the original RYUJIN. Asus makes some idiotic design decisions.
I think that's why the iii was released so quickly
@@super-markio They also re-released a new version of this without the controller. I actually tried connecting the USB B power connector to my motherboard using an adapter to see if I can ditch the controller, but it didn't work. The power can only be supplied through the controller. Including the controller with the option not to use it is one thing, but forcing people to use it??? Asus.... for those who dare to be stupid.

I just bought a rog ryujin iii but the fan is running at full speed~ and I can't see the speed of the Rog ryujin iii from the Armory Crate~ Is there a wrong connection? Or do I need to change it from the BIOS?
If you have plugged the fan power cable right to your PSU this will happen. You should find a fan header on your mobo and plug it in there. if you don't have one available then buy a fan controller/hub.
If it's already plugged in your mobo then check your bios for fan controls.
I have the same problem. But mine is plugged into the motherboard. @e234darkrock, did you fix this?
Why should you upgrade from the ryujin 2? The cooling is almost the same
Who talked about upgrading? if someone doesn't have a Ryujin 2 he's gonna buy the 3...
Difference is that it has more memory so you can ply more animated gifs. Net thing to downing the cooling it self.
89 degrees under load? Isn’t that really high? That’s like 20 degrees higher than the worst AIO’s I’ve seen. Could that be wrong?
This gen of intel has very hot chip, 89 degrees under full load it's pretty normal for this gen of CPUs.
Yes that seems quite high, My 12700k doesn't even get that hot with an air cooler. It does reach the low 80's with air though. But with this AIO I can't imagine you should be hitting nearly 90 degrees. I haven't gotten mine fully installed yet, so not sure what results I'll have yet.
I think the tubes should go in the opposite direction. You can't easily get the RAMs out this way.
no ones taking ram out after its built?? and if so its not hard to remove ram, the AIO tubes are not in the way. this is the standard way its mounted when mounting at the top
No the tubes will keep hitting the rear fan
I plugged in the cable coming from the fans to the cpu header … this is WRONG THE AIO PUMP cable goes in the cpu fan header , almost fried my cpu last night following these shit directions

You cant even control the damn AIO fans with the asus software. Total fail.
